AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and STIRBAT IT ENTERPRISES SRL ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your use of the Intimigo mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
The App is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you must have parental permission to use the App.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Try to hack or reverse engineer the App
Share false or misleading information
Use the App to harm others
Violate any laws while using the App
REVIEWS
If you post reviews, keep them honest and respectful. We may remove inappropriate reviews.
APP LICENSE
You may install and use the App on your devices for personal use only. You may not modify, copy, or distribute the App.
FEEDBACK
Any feedback you provide becomes our property. We may use it to improve the App.
APP MANAGEMENT
We may monitor the App and remove content that violates these terms. We may suspend accounts that break the rules.
PRIVACY
We protect your health data according to our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR regulations. Your data is processed in Romania and the European Union.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
CHANGES
